Pravo na godišnji odmor

PITANJE: Zaposlio sam se prije tri mjeseca kod jednog poslodavca. Interesuje me kada ću moći ostvariti pravo na godišnji odmor?

ODGOVOR: U skladu sa članom 79 stav 2 Zakona o radu RS (“Sl.glasnik RS” br. 1/2016 i 66 /2018)  radnik koji prvi put zasniva radni odnos ili ima prekid radnog odnosa duži od 30 radnih dana stiče pravo na korišćenje godišnjeg odmora poslije šest mjeseci neprekidnog rada kod poslodavca. Radnik ima pravo na jedan dan odmora za svaki mjesec dana rada u kalendarskoj godini ako u kalendarskoj godini u kojoj prvi put zasniva radni odnos nema šest mjeseci neprekidnog rada (Član 81 Zakona).
