PITANJE: Radio sam u firmi punih 40 godina, i skoro čitav staž mi je evidentiran i uplaćen osim dijela staža od 3,5 godina, a za koji sam saznao da mi nije uplaćen po podnošenju zahtjeva za ostvarivanje starosne penzije kod Federalnog zavoda za penzijsko/mirovinsko i invalidsko osiguranje. Interesuje me da li mi poslodavac mora uplatiti taj staž?

ODGOVOR: Ukoliko ste bili u radnom odnosu u periodu za koji Vam nisu uplaćeni doprinosi, ostaje Vam mogućnost pokretanja tužbe radi uplate doprinosa gdje je potrebno kao tuženu stranu označiti tadašnjeg poslodavca ili pravnog sljednika poslodavca ukoliko isti postoji. Napominjeno da se radi o tužbi koja ne zastarijeva.
